LAUGHTER YOGA

COMING FALL 2026

It may sound silly, but there’s real science behind the laughter.

Laughter Yoga combines intentional laughter with deep breathing, movement, and playful exercises.

The interesting part?

Your body responds to laughter whether it starts as “real” laughter or fake laughter.

As you laugh, your breathing changes, your heart rate increases, muscles engage, and your brain releases neurochemicals associated with positive mood and stress relief.

The practice can help shift the body away from a stress response and toward a more relaxed state.

Research has found potential benefits for reducing stress and anxiety, improving mood, increasing feelings of connection, and supporting overall well-being.

And because laughter is contagious, doing it together adds another powerful element: social connection.

What starts as intentional laughter often becomes completely genuine and before you know it, you're laughing simply because everyone else is laughing.

Come experience what happens when you give your body permission to laugh. You don't have to be funny. You just have to be willing to try.

Laughter Yoga Workshops kick off this Fall - more details coming soon!
